I worked outside all day today, and Country Guy didn't come home for lunch, so I didn't find out what was happening at the elevator till now.
The guys got one leg running so they were able to finish loading the train. It looks like we can continue moving grain even though the process is now slowed down substantially. We are grateful.
A millwright is coming tomorrow to estimate how much it will cost and when they could begin to replace the damaged leg. The insurance adjustor came this afternoon and will be communicating his estimate of the damages to his company.
I thought you might be eager to hear how things are going--I was. And so I will continue to post any updates that seem to be news worthy when I receive them.
