Did you have an opportunity (or make one) to go to Chick-fil-a to show your support for traditional marriage and for the company taking a stance on it? A friend & I went to the one at the food court at the university in Charleston. It had a line when we got there at 12:00 which continued all the while we sat talking until about 2:00. By 2:00 it had dwindled but there was still someone purchasing sandwiches when we left. A reporter from the Charleston paper interviewed us as to why we were there. http://jg-tc.com/news/local/over-a-hundred-people-show-support-in-charleston-for-chick/article_013a37aa-dc5a-11e1-a0fc-0019bb2963f4.html All around it seemed to be a very successful day!
My friend, Melinda, in Pittsburg, sent me an email saying they went twice to eat at Chick-fil-a and both times there were large crowds and lines encircling the buildings with full parking lots. How wonderful! Did you notice the same thing in your area?
I believe people are beginning to see we have got to take a stand before it is too late. We have stood by and allowed others to voice their opinions and prejudices. It is time to remind them of what God's word says as we love them into the kingdom. I pray it's not too late.
