Our First Morels This Year

      It seems early.  Nevertheless, we found these little guys growing in our favorite patch.  What a treat!  If you are unfamiliar with morels or how we eat them, refer to a previous post on this blog.  When I went back for the link I saw it was posted on April 26, 2011.  There is also a post of our first morels for the year 2013 on April 30, so it IS early for mushrooms!
